I would just like to thank all the staff I have had the pleasure to meet and talk to. They have all been extremely helpful and friendly, which has made the stay here an enjoyable and easy one. I would especially like to thank Raquel at reception, who due to the times I have been in the hotel I have spoken to the most, and to compliment her on her excellent people skills and customer service. The only suggestion I would make relates to the question above “valuation of the hotel”, where it would be useful to be given an idea of which number is the best valuation of the hotel. Given the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, it might also be a good idea to add the option of “excellent” as well as or instead of “very good”. Had there been this option, I would certainly have chosen it rather than “very good” in most cases. Thank you.
